Pawsitive Campus is a web platform aimed at connecting college students with foster animals, providing companionship for students and temporary homes for animals in need. Through a user-friendly interface and personalized matching system, Pawsitive Campus facilitates the fostering process, benefiting both students and animals.
Many college students crave the companionship of a pet but are unable to commit to the long-term responsibilities of ownership due to their transient lifestyles and busy schedules. At the same time, numerous animals are in need of temporary homes, especially those in shelters or rescue organizations. The challenge lies in creating a convenient and efficient way to match students with foster animals while ensuring the well-being of both parties.

To gain insights into the needs and challenges of college students interested in fostering animals, we conducted research through surveys, interviews, and market analysis. We found that while many students expressed interest in fostering animals, they often faced barriers such as time constraints and uncertainty about the fostering process. Additionally, there was a lack of tailored solutions specifically designed for the college demographic.
